About us

We are a small team of tech and teaching enthusiasts and we are glad to share our knowledge with any and all who would benefit from it. As our work experience varies across domains, we combine our experiences to provide the best tailored technical services.

Bogdan Solga
Java coach and trainer, LearnSpring founder
Bogdan has 10 years of software development and leadership experience and 2 years of experience in the delivery of technical training, mentoring and coaching sessions on enterprise Java and microservices ecosystems.
Bogdan's current skill set comprises mentoring and training Agile teams on software architecture, development and testing, as well as improving projects based on Spring, Spring Boot and Spring Cloud / Microservices.

When he is not lobbying for clean coding and software design patterns, Bogdan is either running marathons, reading behavioural economics books or traveling around the world.

Victor has over 14 years of Java experience, and he is currently Lead Architect at a major software company (500+ developers).
Victor is an experienced trainer, able to help a class understand even the most complex concepts and design principles with metaphors, examples, hands-on exercises, tests and other cognitive tricks. He has also been teaching Design Patterns at the Politechnica University of Bucharest for the past 4 years.

Aside from his enthusiasm for delivering high-quality code that follows well-established programming patterns, Andrei also has a special passion for delivering visually appealing products that adhere to good UX and accessibility practices. In his free time, Andrei is very involved in the local JavaScript community, managing the Bucharest Angular community (ngBucharest) and speaking and teaching Angular at various events and conferences.

Petru is a passionate Java developer and architect with more than 10 years of experience, gained while working with multinational teams.
His skills combine a wide range of tools and technologies, such as Java, JavaEE, Spring, distributed systems, RDBMS, CI/CD, DevOps and Agile methodologies. His current technology focus is oriented towards Cloud (AWS) solutions based on Spring Boot and the microservices paradigm. As part of the LearnSpring team, Petru delivers Spring Boot and Spring Cloud/Microservices training sessions.

Software architect
Victor is a Software Architect with 8 years of experience on projects ranging from multiple personal apps in Google Play or the Apple AppStore to high-profile interstate energy trading platforms.
He is passionate about clean code, clean design and a strong affinity for UI/UX and visual arts. He is a strong supporter of open initiatives and startups, and he is an avid hackathon player. His areas of expertise are HTML / CSS, Web application security and good old Angular 1.x.

When he's not online, he's probably running or riding his bike.
